SPIN (SPIN Spring) – Terms and Conditions

Users are responsible for:

• Logging out from shared devices

Users are fully responsible for activities performed through their accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or copy the application

Parents should contact the respective school directly regarding any discrepancies.

6. Intellectual Property

All application content, branding, software, logos, graphics, designs, and related materials are the intellectual property of LoopSpring unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the application without written permission.

7. Availability of Services

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, SPIN may occasionally experience maintenance, technical interruptions, or temporary downtime.

LoopSpring is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopSpring shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss or service interruptions
• School management errors or delayed updates
• Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence
• Technical issues beyond operational control

Users agree to use the application at their own discretion and responsibility.

9. Suspension and Termination

LoopSpring or the respective educational institution may suspend or terminate access to SPIN if:

• Terms are violated
• Unauthorized activities are detected
• Security risks are identified
• School access privileges are removed

Termination may result in restricted access to services and associated information.

10. Privacy

Use of SPIN is also governed by the SPIN Privacy Policy.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the application.
